Ayman embarked on his journey in the hospitality industry during his university years, where he initiated underground parties. Recognizing his deep-seated passion for the business, he took the leap and established a cozy neighborhood bar and lounge in Zamalek. Despite encountering setbacks such as unsuccessful partnerships and unfavorable timing, Ayman remained steadfast in his pursuit. He founded Baky Hospitality with a clear vision: to craft exceptional hospitality experiences for patrons.
Shifting the focus towards family-friendly environments and upscale dining in Cairo, Ayman’s venture began with the inauguration of Sachi, an intimate 80-seat restaurant in an affluent locale in El-Korba, Heliopolis. From there, the enterprise flourished, blossoming into a collection of acclaimed dining establishments.
Today, under Ayman’s leadership, Baky Hospitality Group operates numerous award-winning restaurants, including Kazoku, Sachi Restaurants, Reif Kushiyaki Egypt, Shinko, Megumi, and Lexie’s, each offering a diverse array of cuisine and ambiance to cater to the varied tastes of guests.
