What motivated you to pursue this career?

Formerly employed as a social media manager, I recognized the widespread need for assistance among businesses struggling to manage their social media profiles. Motivated to extend my support, I began sharing tips online, leveraging platforms like Instagram. The response was swift, leading to the rapid growth of my profile. Presently, I actively aid a community of nearly 300,000 small business owners in boosting their revenue through effective social media strategies.

What challenges did you face while collaborating or with coaching clients?

Following a surge in my social media following, I began receiving coaching inquiries on a daily basis. The primary challenge I faced was finding a balance between delivering coaching services to clients and overseeing my own business. This entails creating content for my membership and online course, in addition to generating content for my social media accounts.

In your opinion, what are the essential characteristics that business coaches should possess?

In addition to extensive business acumen, business coaches should possess superb communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a strong sense of integrity. These qualities empower them to offer expert guidance that aligns with the goals of their clients.

In the business coaching, how do you define success?

To me, the pinnacle of success lies in assisting clients in attaining their desired outcomes and fostering significant enhancements in their business performance, often leading to a noticeable increase in revenue.

In the contemporary landscape, decision-making often revolves around the perceived “benefits” or features of a product or service. In your perspective, what are the most significant benefits or aspects of engaging a business coach?

Given that I coach business owners on building a following and converting followers into clients, the most significant advantage of working with me is the tangible increase in revenue.

What approach would you take to guide a client back on the right path if they are not making progress towards their goals?

I would investigate the factors hindering them from taking essential steps. Is the initial plan too time-consuming, or are the steps not sufficiently clear? Identifying the problem and working towards a solution would be my approach.

Can you describe the characteristics or methods that define your coaching style?

The approach varies based on my client’s needs and their existing level of knowledge. Some prefer detailed and specific instructions, while others seek general guidance or feedback. It’s crucial to have a discussion about this before commencing our collaboration.

Could you share an instance from your experience that highlights the effectiveness and efficiency of a business coach in positively impacting a business?

A proficient business coach has the potential to bring about significant transformations, or as I often say, “business-changing.” However, identifying the right coach is crucial. Despite the multitude of coaches available, locating a truly effective one can prove to be a challenging task.

In your view, which of your achievements and accolades holds the most significance or stands out prominently?

I consider my most significant achievement to be the business I established. Transitioning from a relentless schedule as a social media manager for local businesses, I became a six-figure business owner enjoying both financial success and the freedom to work from any location.

I would recommend a continuous commitment to learning, embracing technology, and cultivating a robust professional network. Therefore, dedicating time and effort to crafting educational content that resonates with your ideal client is a key strategy.
