While she worked tirelessly, she had very little understanding of what it truly meant to run a business where she lacked research, systems, and mentorship to guide her.
Nuttha poured all her energy into the work itself, serving clients and attempting to manage everything on her own. Without structure, strategy, or guidance, the business ultimately could not sustain itself, and she had to close it. At the time, it felt like a personal failure.
With perspective, Nuttha now regards that experience as one of her greatest teachers. It introduced her to responsibility at a young age and showed the difference between working in a business and building one. It taught her humility, discipline, and resilience.
